Three Mondays in a row and the store is not open at 8am as stated on the website and door sign. Today it was 8:09 before the employee showed up and opened the front door. I gave up waiting for her to unlock all the gates. "Open at 8am" means ready for business. I left and went to the 2625 Middlefield Rd store and received great customer service.
