The dealership is great when you go in to buy the vehicle. But when you have to go in for service they suck. Every time I go in for service they are over booked and they take forever to get your vehicle done. The last time I was in there, I made an appointment on line for the oil change and scheduled maintenance. When I dropped of the vehicle they informed me that I needed to do the 22.5k service for 775.00 that seamed a little expensive to me. But to make matters worse, they told me I would have to make another appointment because they didn't have enough time to do the 22.5k service that day. What is the sense of making an online appointment if they don't have time to service the vehicle.
