I am the Real Estate Broker at Realty World - Fraser & Associates - Placer Title is very unorganized. Bad experience. They made a mistake on my commission that was their mistake. I told them they need to absorb the cost of the mistake and they would not. The escrow officer slowed the process of the transaction by forgetting to have the proper person sign documents that needed to be signed. I will never choose to use Placer Title in the future.
