Update2 - I seriously advise any young person to do yourself a favor and stay in school. Get some professional skills and don't rely on someone giving you anything. You'll get 1000 times farther. My gripe with companies like this is simple... It does young people in any community a disservice when you take away the face to face, company to employee interview process and replace that with a middle person. It simply creates too much room for favoritism and bias. Its not about work ethic, attitude, professionalism, or experience. It becomes a situation where companies like this help who they want to help regardless of their qualifications while overlooking other more qualified candidates because of some unethical, discriminatory bias they hold personally. So like I said, stay in school and go get it yourself! Update - @Gabby Navaro - Your words prove my point!!! For you to suggest that non Mexicans don't want the, "hard jobs" is just flat out wrong and again, proves my point that you people have bias in favor of Mexicans! I'm sure you're affiliated with them in some way. Original Comment - Racial bias towards Mexican/Hispanics. They will put them first for jobs and give them better the paying entry level jobs first. That's just the truth, and I dealt with these people for a long time... I have a lot of friends in the city and they know this is true. TRUST ME, I know how it is when you're the only non Mexican on the job, they hate on you, acting like they can't speak English. They do it on purpose to keep others back and you can say what you want, but it's true. To be honest, its things like this that got Trump elected, and I don't even like him but I see why a person like him got voted in.
