Pizza Factory

I use to buy pizza 1-2 times a week from here. Recently I tried to get an order delivered and was told they couldn’t find my address. Not a problem it’s a new house and doesn’t google. I offered them a solution by giving them an address that is next to my house. Apparently this was too hard for them and they refused and game me a ton of attitude. The guy that took my order (Jose) stated “this is too hard and I don’t see why you can’t just come in and get the pizza” First off this is a business and I am paying for it to be delivered, Second I’m not loading up the kids for a 3 minute drive. Jose just called me back to offer to deliver the pizza because my card was charged. I explained I didn’t was to do business with their company and wanted to speak to a manager. He then called me “retarded” for not providing an address that googled and that they didn’t have a manager on right now. I was told a refund would take 7 days and that I will have to wait. When I asked for the managers # he told me he didn’t know it then continued to insult me before hanging up. I will 100% never buy from here again. Sucks because the pizza was good.
