For Pet's Sake

Ok service, the employee helping me was on his phone when I was asking him questions in regards to buying a rabbit. Definitely knowledgable, but lacked eye contact and seemed to be stressed out or annoyed. I think my rabbit is handicapped. I give it lots of affection, feed it/water, let it out most of the day and yet, it flips and slams against the wall for no reason.
