This is an exceptional business. I brought a lemon of Volvo for my Dad (Around Feb. 2013), this shop diagnosed it with multiple issues and advised me to get rid of it. They could have charged me 1.5 hours labor for the diagnosis but they didn't charge anything at all, they had mercy on me! Moreover, they treated me professionally and a cute employee gave me a ride to the Sorrento train station. They didn't have to do any of that extra but they went way above and beyond, and I remember it years later. Both the front folks (owners I think) and the mechanics were kind, intelligent and respectful. It was a bad day for that particular car but they restored my faith in the auto business and humanity. Great Job!!
