Don't go here. Save yourself some trouble if you need to mail a package and either call FedEx or bring it directly to them. I was treated like a third class Citizen and talked to like a child by two rude older women when I had an issue with a package I dropped off. Apparently, all Perry's Parcel's customers are supposed to know all the international shipping rules and regulations regarding packages prior to entering the store. I made the mistake of leaving my package with someone who didn't know enough to check the destination address. I was told to leave it on the counter and everything would be fine. I had a bad feeling about doing that and I called later that afternoon and I was reassured yet again that there was not a problem. I called FedEx this morning and they had no record of my tracking number or of any package. After calling Fed ex and explaining this to them, FEDEX called Perrys and figured it out for me. I had to fill out paperwork which I didn't know had to be filled out. All of this could have been avoided if the person taking my package the day before took a few seconds to look at it. What kills me is they SCREWED UP, not me, yet I'm the one who's treated like an idiot and spoken to like I don't know what I'm doing. You would think with seven people behind the counter on a Friday afternoon they could figure out what was going on in that place. All they could do was loudly make excuse after excuse why it's not their fault! Lastly, I was asked if I learned anything (by the manage or owner I presume)... why... Yes, I did. Thank you Mrs. Rude Woman. I learned to steer clear of you and your rinky dink business and bring my packages ANYWHERE else but here.
