Very NEGATIVE experience, RUDE. 3 house calls and still they cannot figure out why my outlets don't work in my house. Each time, I have to tell them what the last service tech did, They do not keep good notes on work performed Unskilled and unprofessional. 2nd service guy was a plumber without much electrical experience. The third electrician, Louis said he had 15 years as an electrician and still couldn't fix the problem, so he said he was leaving. I asked him to call his manger or supervisor so I could speak with him - that is when Louis told me he didn't like me and he wouldn't fix my problem! LOL I've been without power in these outlets for going on 3 months waiting on Performance Electric. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I called American Home Shield Warranty to complain and they said they are discontinuing using Performance Electric.
This company came out on a First American (FA) Home Warranty issue regarding particles coming out of our water heater. They are the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. After being unresponsive for weeks, I found out they told FA the problem was solved, but told us something completely different. I spoke to "Bob" to find out why we were told something different. He became defensive and said it wasn't their problem any longer, when last week he told me he was going to follow up with the water heater manufacturer. Then today he flat out lied to me and said he hadn't. He actually said to me, "I don't want to talk to you anymore!" Very rude and unprofessional. I would rather pay an additional service visit to another company than have Performance Electric come back out. This company deserves to go out of business! If I could give them zero stars I would because they don't even deserve one. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere for your plumbing or electrical needs.
