They are really thorough in their assessment of vehicles. They are also honest, if they cannot do the work, they will let you know without you having to spend your money. The store was clean and neat, easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff are very helpful and encouraging. They will also let you know if the issue with your vehicle is too much for them to handle, and offer suggestions to where you may need to go. The waiting area is small and uncomfortable. Their service is very slow. However, they were pretty busy when I arrived.
