I Had a terrible service with Penske Collision Center Kearny Mesa. I went in for an estimate. The reception told me wait for 45 min to an hour because I did not have an appointment. I waited over an hour and he told me he doesn't know how much longer I have to wait. He asked if I wanted to make an appoint then. I had wasted so I just left.
