Had an upstairs room next to the street, not a whole lot of traffic noise on Friday but it did pick up some on the weekend, still didn't take away from the view or the sounds of the crashing waves. Very quiet neighbors, which was great. Shower & flushes were heard but no problem for us to sleep through. Only stayed two nights but was missed on day one with room service. Great full breakfast if you like scrambled eggs, potatoes, pork sausages, make your own waffles, cereal & other goodies. Coffee, orange juice, cranberry or grape juice but didn't try it, fruits, muffins & bagels & a few other items. Probably will be back there on our next visit.
