I went in to buy my first car. I knew what i was walking into knowing my credit history and what i wanted for monthly payments. I had nick buss for my salesman and he made the process quick and easy and explained any thing that i had questions on.in fact the whole team made sure i was informed and were happy to answer my questions. I felt confortable and i was extremely happy when i was able to drive out in a jeep compass without a cosigner and low payments. If anyone is looking for a new car i would try this place out who knows it may be the right place for you, it was for me !!

This was a pretty easy transaction. I have poor credit after a divorce and really wanted to buckle down and get my stuff together. I applied online, they said I was approved. Went in and met with Henry. He helped get the process started. We walked the lot and we talked about what I could get and what I couldn't. Met with Jason, finance, who really is helpful and transparent about my situation. I am in sales also, so I am very leery of other sales people. (I know I know) It was almost painless. LOL! I feel I got a fair deal for what my situation is. The customer service is very good here. Henry and Jason were always available to answer my questions if I was there in person, phone, or via text. I started this process on the computer. I went down for the initial meeting which was about 90 minutes, which resulted in my picking a car, and working the numbers. I had a list of things that I did want. It's always the little things that matter. Like the SD card for navigation, floor mats, warranty, washed and detailed when I pick up please. Oh and my payment needs to be here. Once that was all squared away and we had a deal we were all happy with, I came back the next day and closed paperwork with Juan. WHo was also very nice and answered all of my questions. I am gonna give them 5 stars because they really wanted to work with me. My only two suggestions... Owners manuals for the cars are a MUST! I was disappointed when mine did not have one. And the gas tank should be filled up before the customer leaves the lot. Because I had to stop for gas on the way home and had to You Tube where the gas lever for the gas tank was to get it open. Little things guys! All in all very satisfied.
