The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I lost my boyfriend’s Cookie Monster Patagonia jacket. It was so cute and beautiful. The staff helped me find a very similar jacket. It wasn’t exactly the same but it was close. If they don’t have it in the store they’ll happily help you find it in a catalog and call up a store that does have it. It shipped quickly when I did that. They also have a bike rack outside.
