Got a good Groupon deal and decided to take time off work. When I arrived, the mechanic barely greeted me or explained the procedure. As expected, the fix took an hour but there weren't any accessible women's bathrooms and he didn't bother pointing out any alternatives. There was green algae growing in the water of the coffee pot. I pointed out that it needed refilling. He took it to the back room, annoyed, and came back with a filled tank with the algae STILL IN IT! I didn't drink the coffee. Afterwards when I picked up my car, I noticed that he didn't bother placing a disposable mat for his feet or wipe the grease from his hands. He dirtied the interior without any apology. I had to ask for an explanation of the documents he provided during check-out as he was reticent and antisocial throughout the entire process.
