Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"Mandy" was the person who served us last Friday. We asked her for thin crust. She gave us the indication that they had none left. Later she got the crust & threw it on the counter. I don't understand the treatment. It's clear discrimination. She made us wait while new customers were just coming & leaving with their pizzas. I enquired why was it taking so long. Oh we are very busy. I had originally ordered 2 pizzas. Since our plans got charged I requested for a cancellation of one pizza. She said she didn't think she could give me a refund. I was upset. Later she gave me a refund for one. But she deliberately made us wait. We have been to this location in past. My son is a constant customer at this location. I don't understand. My wife & I felt stupid just standing around & waiting just for one pizza. This is what happens if people don't want to serve you. Sad & shocking.
