Papa John's Pizza

Very poor customer skills i try to order some pizza and the manager was getting very upset only cause i was asking what was the special...Witch if you dont like your job you shouldn't be working there.....U need to go back and get trained correctly.

Honestly if I could give no stars, I would. The first couple of times ordering from them was a great experience. Then the bad service started and it's obvious to me now that it'll just continue no matter how many times I complain. I just received my free order of two pan pizzas and cheese sticks because last time I ordered this, it was cold and the pizza looked and tasted as if it had been sitting around all day and then just warmed up before being brought to me. This time, although it was free, the pizza once again looks and tastes old and is so dissatisfying. It also took two hours to get to me even though the person on the phone that took my order told me it would roughly be an hour. I called to check in after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and was told my delivery had left the store 10 minutes prior to me calling and that I should receive it "any minute now" because their store is only 15 minutes away. I still waited an additional 40 minutes after that before receiving my food which wasn't even worth waiting for. Long story short, I'm very disappointed in this papa johns and won't be ordering from them ever again!
