Panera Bread

This is one of these in between restaurants it's in between fast food and sit down. They offer a number of baked items, salads, drinks, and coffee. Many of the items are quite tasty and well worth the price that you would pay for them. If you're trying to go to a place that doesn't offer a lot of fried food, this is one to consider. Their salads are wonderful, but their sandwiches are usually paninis done in the panini press with a little bit of oil.
