Panda Express

2nd time here at the Panda Express on Beach & Main. 1st time, I ordered the wok seared steak & shrimp entree. The lady preparing my order kept trying to put a different steak entree on my plate. Had to tell her "NO" three times!. She took half of it off my plate & added some of the steak & shrimp entree. I received steak from 2 different entrees & one piece of shrimp. On my 2nd visit, I ordered the string bean chicken entree, sweet fire chicken & eggroll. The cashier kept saying "you ordered the black pepper chicken". Had to tell her NO several times. She did not listen & charged me for the wrong order. Then she proceeds to help the other person & get containers out for other orders while I am standing there waiting for the food I just paid for! Finally she gives me my food & I tell her "this is not my order you have the containers mixed up". She just hands it to me and doesn't bother to to see if I was charged correctly. The sweet fire chicken was chewy & overcooked. The eggrolls were chewy on the outside & mushy on the inside. Terrible food & terrible service! Will not be back ever!
