Panda Express

So I live in Sylmar, and more than once I’ve been to this location. Not always bad, but often around 9:40pm and 9:45pm that I’ve have arrived there, busy or not, they lag to attend you. As if purposely wasting time. They close at 10pm on weekdays, by the way. Once they approach you they right away tell you that the food you see is the only left they’re serving. As if the chef walked out. Mind you he is standing behind the server and the trays of food to serve are all pretty empty. My question is do you stop serving customers at 9:40pm? Because I thought we stopped being served at 10pm when you close.
