Steam table is ALWAYS missing at least 3 items. If you have to wait, they want to get all the other items ready, and let it sit for 5-10 mins while you wait for the last. Aside from not being piping hot, not enough food to choose from, food on steam table being out, poor flow... Could be a good place with some adjustments.
