Very bad management! The so called property supervisor Ericka Aldaco has no idea what is going on at our complex! All u hear from her is I addreased the issue which never gets resolved, she post new rules almost monthly but only enforces the ones she feels fit. They need to hire a older more experienced person not some 30 something yr old! They are ripping of the owner, hopefully soon she will realize it and fire their asses soon!!
