I don’t normally write a review but this business deserves one. Last year, our son started his freshmen year at Stanford. He bought a brand-new bike here. He did everything they recommended him to do like installing a special security cable to make it harder to steal. A few months later, someone tampered with it (we assume trying to steal the bike - but failed). The tampering was so bad that the bike was not rideable. During our visit, we took the bike back and Jeff took care of everything. He fixed the bike with no charge and he did it the same day! Now that was amazing! If you’re a Stanford parent and are looking for a bike for your student, you are in the right place. Ask for Jeff and let him do his magic. You will be very happy!
