I work in medical device sales, so my job is basically to travel around the country and to work with surgeons. I spend long hours on airplanes, and even longer hours standing most of the day. Well, this morning I woke up with severe neck pain from sleeping funny. I was in so much pain that I asked one of my clients, a surgeon, what he thought I should do about it. I figured he'd probably tell me to go tell me to go see the physical therapists at the hospital for their advice, and that they'd help me. Instead, he told me that I had to go see his magician. He called her a magician, because she works magic on people - her name is Christianna. She is a massage therapist, and she's specialized in sports, medical/clinical massage, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy.
She is absolutely phenomenal because:
1) She works with numerous top level athletes everyday (the 49ers, Giants, Stanford, and other world and olympic athletes, etc...)
2) My client (an orthopedic surgeon) chose to go to her over the neck and back pain center in his own hospital.
3) I couldn't even turn my head all day, and then when I went to see her, she was able to squeeze a few points on my neck, massage out a point in my shoulders, and then it made all of my muscles completely relax. I was in total shock and amazement - he was right, she is a magician.
4) I paid the new client special of $49.50 for an hour... I think that's ridiculously cheap for an hour massage - especially one from a girl who works magic... Even the regular rates weren't expensive - they were running a special of $75/hour session, and there's some sort of monthly program too where it's even cheaper.
I'm not sure how easy it is to get an appointment with her, because the surgeon called in a favor for her to squeeze me in... But if you're stressed out, or in pain, you definitely need to call her... You won't regret it!
I will be going back here every time that I'm in town, whether I'm in pain or not. As he said, she's a magician.
