We have nothing but great things to say about Pacific Realty. Our first interaction was with Gary who drove us around IB where he grew up and made us experts about the area in one hour. He educated us about new projects being planned for the area, what condo buildings had good and bad HOA's etc etc. We were then assigned to Dana Kane who got us a great short sale competing against several cash buyers. Dana also grew up in IB and is very knowledgeable about the area just like Gary. In addition to being an expert about the area she also impressed us with her persistence, follow up and attention to detail. We have worked with other companies and agents in the past and Dana is definitely the best agent we have ever worked with !
