When we bought our new truck from Oroville Ford, it was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience we've had. They were able to sell us the exact truck we were looking for, had the best price and gave us a more than fair deal on our trade in. Everyone we met at Oroville Ford were all very friendly and professional. Zach, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable of the truck we purchased and showed us every feature inside and out. He even hunted down an iPhone cord from one of his associates to demonstrate the apple car play. Vince, the finance manager, took the time to find the best credit union with the lowest payments. Oroville Ford is 100 miles and nearly 2 hours from my home and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again to purchase another vehicle. In 45 minutes I was on my way while feeling that I had made friends at Oroville Ford too. Victor seemed to generally care about my choice, listened and helped me in my decision. I met with him 3 times before I bought my F-150 and each time it was a pleasant experience. Oroville Ford matched the Ford dealer 10 miles north of Oroville on price without the....bullying, arm twisting and slick-fast-talking-gang-up-on-me approach that those salesmen demonstrated. At that dealership I felt as though I was at the mercy of the gods of wishful thinking, unreliable expectations and false hopes. I couldn't wait to leave!
