Horrible customer service i needed a light bulb replaced and the employee refused claiming there was only two of them in the store. I gave the one on sanborn a try and the guy did it no problem altho it was only two of them in the store as well the employee's at this location are just lazy!

The service providers and technicians at the O'Reilly Auto Parts on North Salinas are the best... they are always so helpful and competent about any concerns you may have on any vehicle. They have provided me recommendations for my 3 Jaguars and Mercedes-Benz. And after purchasing a new Nissan Altima Pure Drive they have provided equally good recommendations as well.
