One of the best customer service experiences ever. I went outside to go to work today and realized my car wouldn't start. Not wanting to be late for work, my grandpa took me and when he got back home he took my battery out and took it to this store to get tested. Jacob took the battery and went and tested it (later finding out it was bad) and after looking online realized that my old one was under warranty. Jacob was patient while my grandpa figured out what phone number was under the account so I could get my replacement and when they found the correct battery, he personally carried it out to the car. Thank you Jacob for helping my grandpa out! I will definitely be coming back with all my car needs!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Mary for her amazing customer service. I had a dead battery and was an hour away from home with 2 little girls in the heat. I was able to get a jump and get over to O'Reilly and within 20 minutes we were back on the road with a new battery.
