Oh my god, Orchard has been the nicest shop on the planet. With nicest people, cutest merchandise, fairest price and best promotion Every time I walk in. I love their sweet, kind, sharing images to the neighborhood and lovely green logo. I like everything in their store. Especially I found the cutest batteries by their own brand in a small wooden case with the unbeatable price. Such an adorable store!! You can't believe my favorite little treasure island is a home improvement store..

They were amazing I found a plant that would not fit in my car and at no cost they drove it to my house30 minutes later and helped me get it in the backyard and would not accept a tip. And this is not the 1st time they have gone out of their way to help me. I will not go anywhere else anymore. I used to be an Ace Hardware guy but haven't gone there since they opened this Osh. Terrific selection, competitive pricing and the service is truly amazing!
