Honest good work.Yes, they are slow with some administrative stuff, but would you rather have a fast bureaucrat who doesn't notice sprinkler problems and charges 2 - 3 times the price? Me, I'll stick with O.C. Sprinkler Repair.

What can I say. I called Steve regarding my problem of my master bedroom toilet wall vibrating like a machine gun and very loud. Scared the hell out of me.. Prior to that, the vibration was short and mild like someone knocking on the wall. Called Steve, and he said he was tied up today due to so many emergency calls. Believe it or not, he insisted he would do his utmost best to come over and just trouble shoot to give him an idea if the sprinkler valves were the problem. As busy as he was, he made the time to check the problem. as life id, when we turned the sprinklers on no problem could be determined. We tried and tried to no success. I told him I would tape the noise if it happened again so he could diagnose the problem. And you know what, he felt it would be wrong to charge me since he could not diagnose the problem. Now, that is what I call honesty & service!!!
