So much better. I have been to several VW dealerships for my vehicle and this service department is the best that can be. Phil helped me with my electrical problem changed the bulbs and fuse all I paid was the &25 for the parts. While others would charge upfront for diagnostics and then change the bulb. They have earned my business for life and I recommend everyone to try them out.
