Customer service was awful I was standing in line For 20 minutes to be ignored and the gentleman helped a lady on the opposite side of the counter where it clearly said where the line was and I had been standing there for 20 minutes. Never again

Bad service. Over a week ago I Went to place order for business card. Waited for over 2 hours before the girls were able to type & place the order. It's been over a week. I called them if I can pick up the order. I was told no order was placed. I was told to come in so they can help me. I went there, I was told again to come back another day because it's takes time to type the business card & place the order. I have placed order for business cards multiple times either Office Depot on Foothhill. Why can this be saved so the employees don't have to worry about re-typing ever time order is placed especially if the employees don't really know what to do. I'm sure the first who told me she placed the order & even collected my credit card didn't know how to do it. That's why it took her more 2 hours. Sloppy employees issues
