If I was able to rate this business a 0 I would. We decided to rent a semi-electric bed for my mother, she recently fell and is currently staying with me. The "man" who delivered it, Edgar came in with a nice attitude, at first. He brought in the supplies and grabbed a wrong pole, practically beating the bed to make it fi t. I asked him if he needed any help, but he resisted. We were in a hurry, my grandson had a therapy class. We ended up getting a phone call from my mother saying the bed didn't want to lift, she called O.C Medical Supply and the boy who set it up was trying to blame my grandmother saying she broke the motor. I know my mother, she would not touch any bed until there are pillows, blankets, and sheets. She is unable to get onto a bed without help. My mother told me she pushed the button and the bed didn't want to rise. I'm assuming the man's supervisor came with him and was telling my grandmother that she was going to have to pay $200 for a new motor because "SHE" broke it. We threaten to get a lawyer and after calling their Manager they were finally able to get it replaced for free. The supervisor grabbed the motor and threw the mattress on the remote. They were both very mad. I was literally gone for 2 hours, and I'm certain the young man messed up the bed. When I got there they looked mad, told us to get a lawyer, and pointed the finger at us, three witnesses. This is surely the last time I order anything from this company. Straight out of high school employee's that will lie to stay out of trouble. No adult in their 20's would point the finger at a 70 year old woman who can't even move.
