It is a clean park with very very helpful and nice staff however it is not a place you want to stay on vacation. It's very crowded and very difficult to maneuver in with a large rig. There are a lot of permanent residence however they are not messy. Too many cars and not enough space to park them. They do have a wonderful on-site Deli. staff really went out of their way because we had trouble parking and even gave us an easier site to get into. If you just need a place to sleep and park your rig while you tour the Bay Area I would recommend it
