Service and Parts do not communicate. I have tried repeatedly to get a warranty recall service on my car. I have been repeatedly given the run around and ultimately they said “oh we ordered the part for you two months ago and you never picked it up so we sent it back and now you aren’t covered by the recall” I was never contacted or notified. There is no number from the dealership in my call logs or any of my phone bills. I contacted them specifically during that same time period and asked about an update on the part and they said they never ordered me one. Just picked up my car from service, and was charged incorrectly. I was not given the service I scheduled and it was not figured out till after I had arrived home. Additionally, there is an extended warranty software update that they did not accomplish. I seriously doubt they are even aware of it. The service department seems to be really behind their game. If you go here expect to have to have everything thoroughly researched and then hand-hold them through the entire process. Honestly not worth it to me any more. This is the second time I’ve taken my car there to be serviced and it is a similar experience every time. I will be going to a different dealership in the future and if I find he same thing I will likely never buy a Ford ever again.
