Nordstrom Rack at Howe 'Bout Arden Center

I am on a serious budget but I like quality cloths. I needed a light rain jacket, so I walked straight to the clearance rake and found a nicer jacket than expected - within my budget. The store is always clean and organized, even with such hugh clearances.
