Nieblas Flower's

Hands down the best experience I've EVER had buying flowers. I've used pro flowers (terrible) 1800 flowers (awful) and a few other major chains. I live about 180 miles from here and needed to get a special bouquet out the same day. I almost ordered online from Bouqs last night, but they messed up my order last time and couldn't deliver until 4 days from now. I decided to take a risk and wait for this family owned shop to open up today. Best decision ever. I called and explained my situation about an hour after they opened. I needed a special sympathy bouquet hand delivered within a few hours. I was ready to be overcharged and underwhelmed. NOT THE CASE. The guy that I spoke to listened to my situation and offered to send me some pics of popular bouquets. The prices I was quoted were about HALF of what those "deliver in a box and figure it out yourself" places were charging. I told him the address and he told me it was no problem. I chose a bouquet and text him that I wanted to make it a little bigger. I told him what I wanted to spend including delivery and he said "I'll make it and send you a pic in about 45 minutes and we can see if it's right." WHAT?!? You're gonna make it and send me a pic before I pay or anything?!?? To see if I like it?!? Mind blown. I have never in my life gotten service like this from a shop that I've never even been inside of. When I called to pay, after I saw the arrangement and loved it, he asked when I wanted it delivered. I said the sooner the better. He literally left right then, delivered it, and then text me to let me know that the recipient was home and the delivery was successful. Where am I? This would have cost me TWICE as much anywhere else and the quality would have been half as good. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was here. Do NOT order crappy flowers online without calling Nieblas first.
