Napa Running Co

I posted a very negative review after being completely ignored as I walked all over this store. I was contacted by management and asked to remove the review--no apology for poor customer service offered. In the end we agreed I'd return and if the service was better, I'd remove the negative review. Well I did, it wasn't, so I won't. I'm not sure how these people are still in business because rudeness just does not sell.
