I just joined We Care about a year ago for my AC and I was not sure on what a maintenance plan was, when the technician James b arrived he informed me on everything he was going to be doing and let me watch him as he was doing so, he walked me through every step and after his visit I was very knowledgeable on why my system needs to be kept up to date and maintenanced, I am very satisfied with this company and looking forward to next visit.
