Mountain Mike's Pizza

Had a few people recommend MM so decided to give them a try instead of our local spot (mainly because the last time I tried to order from our local spot, with whom I’d been a loyal customer for 15 yrs, the guy who answered the phone was obviously having a horrid day and taking it out on customers). Had a coupon for free garlic bread with large pizza purchase. Ordered for pick up. Got call 15 min later....they couldn’t give garlic bread because they were out of butter. What?! You can’t get butter? Um, okay....offered choc chip dessert instead. Not what I wanted but, ok. When I picked it up, they said they were out of both...no garlic bread & no choc chip dessert pizza. I can say the ONLY thing I can be positive about was the pizza crust was awesome but that won’t make me want to order from them again. Seriously folks, do you really have any customer service skills?
