USA Towing & Recovery: Pictures are worth a thousand words. My wife was involved in a car accident the other day. ECPD called USA Towing to recover our car. Their driver Omar was not prepared to pick up this vehicle because he didn't have a spill clean up bags or waste cans with him. Instead he used dirt from the side of the highway to contain the hazardous spills from the accident. It's fine, HOWEVER, he decided to use the back leather seats of our car as a a trash can. He LITERALLY dumped all the hazardous debris and DIRT spill on-top of our personal belongings not giving two "F's" of personal property. It's unacceptable, irresponsible, uncalled for, and not professional for their actions. Must I say more? Think twice before you call these guys for a service. The last thing you need is another "Omar" doing this to you!
