Monterey Bay Urgent Care

Absolutely the worst care a person could ask for. While 6 people wait in the waiting room for more than 1.5 hours, a total of 2 patients are seen. The unreal lack of care in this place is obvious and the staff is rude as can be when questioned about long wait times. 3 hours or more in this office which is supposed to provide "urgent care" in place of the hospital which also has ridiculous wait times. There are absolutely no positives to this facility and could o have given them ZERO stars I likely would have. I came in for a cold and sadly for those with worse conditions they have to wait just as long or longer. The question still is, where is Patient Care when you need it?
