I would NEVER do business with this gas station (or MOBIL) ever again. I was taking a leisurely drive down to Laguna Beach tonight, and stopped in at this Mobil Station for gas. I filled up - $55.00 and some change. I walked into the mini mart, and asked if I could use the restroom. I was told they did not have a restroom, that I should go next door to Starbucks. I pulled my car away from the pump, and parked off to the side in the gas station parking lot. I had my dog with me, so I locked up the car, and ran up to Starbucks to use their restroom. There was a long line for the restroom, so was probably there about 5-10 minutes., All of a sudden, one of the Starbucks employee's says "does anyone have a black Jaguar with a dog in it, because the gas station is getting ready to tow it". I leave (never did make it to the restroom) and go running out to my car. I'm met in the parking lot by a belligerent fellow who I assume is a Mobil employee, who says "you can't park there, we're going to tow your car". I say to him "I just spent $55.00 on gas at your station, wanted to use the restroom, was told you didn't have one (what mini mart doesn't have a restroom?), and to go up to Starbucks and use their restroom". He says to me "I don't care, you can't park here unless you're using the mini mart". I say to him "don't you understand, I just spent $55.00 here on gas? And your clerk is the one who directed me to Starbucks". He says to me "You're not using the mini mart, so you can't park there" So, let me get this straight...I can go into the mini mart, spend 50 cents on a candy bar, and park in their parking lot, but the fact that I just spent $55.00 on gas is irrelevant?!? I actually pulled my gas receipt out of my purse, and showed it to the employee (just in case he didn't believe me)...You would think, at that point, that one of the employee's would offer me an apology ... but, actually, one of the employee's just became even more belligerent!!! I do hope that the manager / owner of this Mobil Station reads this review, to see what ignorant fools he has for employees...
