Mission Tile West

Mission tile had great initial service when we went to choose the design of the tile and order it. Then came our experience with the front desk. We've encountered a young girl with dark hair twice and it seems to be all she can do to say two words to customers. I'm not sure why this place of business has her there as she simply needs to go elsewhere, hopefully where she will not have the pain of dealing with people. Everyone else at Mission Tile was great and the design they gave was great, too. However, the old saying that you're only as strong as your weakest link is definitely true. We only went back a second time because we had run out of a certain type of tile. We will not be going back. This should make the young lady at the front desk happy, but I could really care less. :)
