Yooohooooo.....no one ever answers the phone (or it's rare) at SAR, let alone Metrolist?? I just called and after listening through about 10 "prompts" it rang about 35 times at Metrolist then got another VM. An agent jammed a lockbox and I need assistance in getting it "un-jammed"......helllllp.
