My service provider is Sarah Q. and she is absolutely AMAZING! Enough can not be said at how diligent and caring she is. She helps you feel comfortable and assured that whatever is wrong with your car (if not coming in for a simple service) is taken care of and that you understand exactly what is to be done to your car and why. I have never, ever had any problems and every time I bring my car into MB of Beverly Hills, I know that Sarah will take care of me and my car will be in good hands. She is very down to earth and professional with her work. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.
