Meineke Car Care Center

I made a 1:00 appointment for an oil change, arriving about 10 minutes early. Apparently, the owner of the shop checked me in and stated there was one car ahead of me and I would be next. Sat down and after realizing that I had been there for more than an hour at which time I asked the female working there how much longer and she stated the technician was at lunch and he would service my vehicle when he returned. I was so pissed and I asked for keys and left. I will not be going back to that Meineke shop again. Awful and very slow especially since it seems as though only one technician was working.
