Management does not care (or know) about food safety and the importance of time stamps. When questioned why they're giving away clearly marked, hours old food, the manager said the time stamp didn't matter. A surprise health inspection and investigation is necessary. By law, food safety certification is required for all employees. I hope no one gets sick from their negligence.
