I called my Elk Grove Blvd. Store and asked if they had any twin size box springs in stock. That's all I needed. I was informed they had a few display models for sale. I asked to hold one aside for me and I would be in to pick it up. I arrived at the store paid for it. I asked for a bag for transport. they didn't have a twin size but they offered to put it in a queen size. After it was put in a bag they helped carry it out to my car and loaded it up on my roof rack. It was such a simple transaction. I equate it to calling your auto parts store to see if they had your car battery in stock, asking to hold it, drive to the store, pay for it and they install it.
