Matsu Sushi

We eat here once a week. The service can be very slow but it's sort a small town (everything’s slow) and its way tastier than what you would expect. The sushi chefs are top notch, no need to drive into valencia. The head sushi chef worked at a very high end sushi bar and he brings that experience to this sushi bar at a fair price. Ask eddy if he has anything special today... they have higher end filets but you have to ask. The fish is always fresh and if your not used to actually having fresh sushi you might not like it. Aka this is what fresh fish taste like. Most places serve fish that has been frozen for some time and has less flavor and is covered up with sauce or is covered in something fried. Also Lina is the best waitress I've ever. Shes very attentive.
